Tom Davis and Ashley McKenzie were selected to represent Great Britain at this World Cup Tournament. Both lost in the first round, but are looking forward to the Dusseldorf Grand Prix in one week's time.
19-20.2.11 Dusseldorf Grand Prix, Germany
Ashley and Tom were selected to represetn Great Britain at this tough International event. Tom beat the Angolan athlete in round two and then lost to the USA's Travis Stevens, ending his day. Ashley lost to the highly ranked Italian Elio Verde and went out.
26-27.2.11 World Cup for Men, Warsaw, Poland
Ashley and Tom were selected to represent Great Britain at this tough global meet. Tom lost to the good Czech boy, Musil, in the first round and went out. Ashley was on outstanding form, winning 6 fights by ippon to take his first ever World Cup medal, a gold. It was a fine performance and leads Ashley beautifully into his preparation period for the Senior Europeans in April. Congratulations from all of us at WJC.

Ashley McKenzie was again selected to represent Great Britain at this super-tough global ranking event. He won his first contest against Sweden's Lundqvist and then lost out to the fast-footed Brazilian, Kitadai.

Ashley McKenzie was selected to represent Great Britain at this top flight ranking event. He lost his first bout to Gerchev of Bulgaria.

Nekoda Davis was selected to represent Great Britain at this very tough Junior International event. Nekoda lost her first fight to the experienced German competitor. She continues to train in Austria at the international training camp, this week.
